You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials for your personal learning only.

You may not copy, share publicly, adapt, or reproduce our materials without written permission. Feedback or ideas submitted to us do not create any obligation or entitlement on your part.

Individual results will vary and depend entirely on personal circumstances and choices outside our control.

We are not a licensed financial adviser, fund manager, or investment intermediary. Nothing in our programs constitutes financial advice under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 or any other applicable Malaysian regulation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Saverly's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant program. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of income or opportunity.

This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saverly and its team members from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct during programs, or your misuse of our content.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in a program in accordance with the refund and cancellation terms set out above. Saverly may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your licence to use program materials ends immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] to resolve it informally in the first instance. If the matter cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, and these Terms shall be governed by Malaysian law.
